Alaska Drug Testing Information
Alaska Statutes Title 23 Labor and Worker's Compensation § 23.10.620 allows employers to test job applicants for any job-related purpose that would be consistent with any business necessity within the terms of the employer's policy. The State of Alaska does not allow for instant or POCT testing, all initial and confirmation testing must take place in a SAMHSA or CAP Certified laboratory.
